WARRANTY
BE Power Equipment Inc. warrants that each new product will be free of any manufacturer defects in workmanship for the set warranty period of the product. Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred.
This warranty does not cover normal wear items, including but not limited to: seals, packings, valves, o-rings, spark plugs etc. Warranty does not include normal maintenance like oil changes, filters or valve adjustments. Nor does it include misuse of product. Warranty approval is at the sole discretion of BE Power Equipment Inc.
In no event shall BE Power Equipment Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. BE Power Equipment Inc. disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, after the applicable term of this warranty.
Shipping Claims
- Freight Damage – is defined by product arriving with observable damage to package and/or product.
- 1.1 Freight damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- 1.2 Damaged packaging must be photographed immediately for records
- 1.3 If freight company is arranged by dealer, then it is incumbent on them to contact their own freight company and file a claim directly with them
- If freight was arranged by BE Power Equipment Inc., then contact BE Power Equipment Inc.
with the following information (regardless of receipt or refusal of shipment)
- 1.4.1 Purchase order of product
- 1.4.2 Pictures of damage
- 1.4.3 List of products effected
- 1.4.3.1 Model Number of Product
- 1.4.3.2 Serial Number of Product
- Hidden Damage - is defined by product arriving and the package having no visible signs of damage.
Upon opening the packing damage is noted on the product.
- 2.1 Hidden damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of noticing the damage.
- 2.2 Hidden damage claims cannot be reported on items received more than 6 months prior.
- 2.3 When hidden damage is discovered, contact BE Power Equipment Inc. with the following information.
- 2.3.1 Purchase Order of product
- 2.3.2 Pictures of damage
- 2.3.3 Model number of product
- 2.3.4 Serial Number of product
BE Pressure Inc. will advise on course of action to remedy situation.
MISSING PART CLAIMS
- Items missing from Purchase Order MUST be reported within 48 hours when noticed missing.
- When missing products are noticed, contact BE Pressure Inc. with the following information
- Purchase Order of product
- Model number of products that are believed to be missing from shipment
- When missing products are noticed, contact BE Pressure Inc. with the following information
- Items missing from inside box of product
- When missing products are noticed, contact BE Pressure Inc with the following information
- Purchase Order of product
- Model and Serial number of products
- Items missing from package
- When missing products are noticed, contact BE Pressure Inc with the following information

Warranty Claim Submission Procedure
In the event of a technical issue with any BE Power Equipment product, the first action is to contact the BE Power
Equipment technical team by phone at 1-866-850-6662, or email at servicecentre@bepressure.com
*Please have the following information available at the time of contacting BE Power Equipment:
- Model or part number of the product
- Serial number of the product (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase by the end user
- Description of the failure
- Troubleshooting steps already taken
- Where the unit is physically located
- Picture(s) of the overall unit and areas of concern
If the BE Power Equipment technical team cannot troubleshoot and correct the problem or determine warranty, the product will be directed to the nearest repair depot for warranty consideration. Authorized repair depots can be found at: www.bepowerequipment.com/service-centers. If the product is deemed warrantable, there will be no charge to the customer for repair or replacement. If the equipment is not warrantable, the repair depot will advise the customer of the estimate to complete the repairs.
Return Shipping for Warranty Consideration
Applies when shipping a product to determine if it is applicable for warranty
- Return authorization MUST be acquired prior to sending product back
- Any item returned without authorization will not be received
- Shipping is paid and arranged by sender
- All items that are deemed not warrantable will be subject to a $30 inspection fee
- If item is warrantable, inspection fee will be waived
- If item is warrantable, BE Pressure Inc. will repair, credit, or replace at their expense
- If item is not warrantable, customer will be notified and given the following options:
- Abandon item ($30 inspection fee still applies)
- Item can be fixed and returned at customers expense (quote provided by BE)
- Item can be sent back as is at customers expense
Return for Credit
Only applies to new items still in original packaging.
- Return authorization MUST be acquired prior to sending back product
- Any item returned without authorization will not receive credit
- Shipping is paid and arranged by sender
- All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Any items returned in used condition will not be credited.
**Custom ordered and built products cannot be returned. No exceptions.**

These products are under warranty to the original retail consumer against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year on parts. Wearable parts and accessories are covered for a period of 90 (ninety) days which include but are not limited to, gun, wand, hose, fittings and nozzles. The warranty is not transferable or assignable. This warranty covers replacement parts.
